The leading idea of the planning process was to satisfy the restricting residential program while also designing towards a lively, cultural vernacular and maximizing the polt building rights. The design façade stands as a contemporary interpretation of the Tel-Avivian Brise-Soleil. It is composed of a shutter system which functions according to the different rooms it services.
